Ms. Stephanie Lezama- Rogers

Mrs. Stephanie Lezama-Rogers is the Lead Researcher at the Center of Strategy and Competitiveness. Stephanie has over 8 years’ experience in field of Social Science Research and 6 years’ experience in Business Consultancy. She lead the development and coordination of research in the following areas: Base of the Pyramid, informal economy, entrepreneurship, cluster development and innovation, and cluster mapping.

Her other lead roles included Monitoring Officer of the online survey site, which generates the Global Competitiveness Report; Lead Researcher for Competitiveness Analysis of South Western Peninsula Growth Pole Community and Survey Lead for the Assessment of the Base of the Pyramid Expenditure patterns using a Household Expenditure Survey, Baseline Survey for Micro and Small Enterprises.

Mrs. Lezama-Rogers holds an MSc. In Development Statistics (specialized in the areas of Policy Development and Survey Research) and a BSc degree in Sociology (Major) and Economics (Minor) Social Policy (Minor) from the University of the West Indies. Mrs. Lezama-Rogers is a member of the “Microeconomics of Competitiveness Network” – Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness, Harvard Business School, Harvard University. Mrs. Lezama-Rogers is also a doctoral candidate (Business Administration) at the Grenoble Ecole de Management, France where she is focusing on the growth and sustainability of family business in stakeholder relationships.
