Rochelle Anisa Stafford is a researcher and a project coordination assistant at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business.
Rochelle has always been passionate about research and its potential to facilitate progress for all. She is particularly interested in the development of human resources, strategic organizational advancement and also the impact of transforming industries – specifically education- for societal and economic expansion.
Rochelle has been involved in a wide range of research projects dealing in cognitive psychology, Implicit, Association Testing, Motivation and Achievement and Cluster Mapping, among many others.
Rochelle is a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists, is certified in 16pf Personality Assessment, Human Resources and Project Management and holds an MSc in Sociology from the University of the West Indies.
