Trica holds an MBA specialising in Human Resource Management and a BSc in Psychology. Trica also has certification in Project Management and Records Management.

Trica Adams is a versatile professional who adapts well to rapidly changing environments. Trica currently serves as Programme Specialist In-Company Programmes within the Consulting Services Unit of the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. In this role, she has successfully designed and executed training and development programmes for well established companies within Trinidad and Tobago.

Prior to this role, Trica spent over eleven years in both the private and public sectors, developing and implementing policies and procedures for the organisation’s Records Management Programme. Whilst, Trica was a professional in the information management industry, she also served as a director on the ARMA local chapter board.

Kiselle Francis

Kiselle Francis is a business professional who has worked in diverse sectors such as education, energy, service, and government. Throughout her career, she successfully developed and implemented systems significantly improving organisational results, employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

Kiselle holds a Master in Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with Honours from the Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. She is also a Certified Manager of Quality/Organisational Excellence a certification she obtained from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in 2013. Kiselle is currently the Team Lead In-Company Programmes in the Consulting Services Unit of the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. She has designed and developed training programmes for many corporate firms across Trinidad and Tobago and in the Caribbean.

In her formative years Kiselle has served as a Secondary School teacher with the Ministry of Education. Additionally, she has worked in the field of project management working very closely with stakeholders in the construction and education industries. Kiselle has also been a Performance Improvement Officer with L&S Surveying Services Limited and has worked with the firm to review, re-engineer, and improve business processes as well as assist with the management of the company’s project portfolio to ensure that quality, time and budget constraints were consistently met.

Sasha Dhoray

Sasha Dhoray has been involved in Organisational Development and Human Resource consulting for over fifteen years. She currently holds the position of Director-Organisational Development and Assessment Centre (ODAC), Consulting Services. In her role she engages mainly CEOs, Managers and HR Directors in the areas of Talent Management; Job & Organisation Design; Organisational Development & Optimisation; Customised Behavioural Competency Development and the application of Psychometric Assessments & other Diagnostic Tools to design and implement, relevant and strategic interventions that lead to measurable impact at individual, team and organisational levels.

Apart from her MBA qualifications, Sasha is accredited by various international institutions to consult in Organisational Culture (USA), Management Consultancy (Barbados), Organisational Development (USA), Change Management (USA) and Competency Based Management (USA). Ms. Dhoray is also certified in Level A & B psychometric testing (UK) as well as assessor skills, assessment centre design and administration (UK). Over the years she has gained certification to administer, interpret and provide feedback to individuals/groups using psychometric instruments such as 16PF, Wave Psychometric & Culture assessments, Perspectives 360 and several aptitude assessments.

Her expertise and qualifications have given her opportunities to work with local and multinational companies and institutions across industries in countries such as Antigua, Canada, Dominica, Guyana, Ghana, Guatemala, Jamaica, USA, UK and Suriname.

Apart from her consulting portfolio, as Director of ODAC, she also has a mandate to lead internal responsibilities at the Business School such as:

* Design, execution and auditing of all Academic Admissions assessment exercises for entry into postgraduate and undergraduate programmes at the Business School.

* Oversight of institutional effectiveness of the School’s operations to deliver excellent student experience through the design, reporting and monitoring of the evaluation tools that assess students’ in-classroom and out of classroom experiences.

* Review of organisational and departmental processes to enhance productivity and efficiency of operations.
