Post-MBA

The Post-MBA is an 8 month professional executive programme designed for lifelong learners who have already earned their graduate degrees, but remain intellectually and academically curious. Our new intake will take place in February 2019.

With no exams and no group work, this programme challenges individuals that want to create massive impact in their industry, the economy and their lives through ACTION! This is not about competitive advantage, this is about leading the change and creating the rules for the new interconnected economy.

Programme Structure

The Post-MBA is an 8 month professional executive programme designed for lifelong learners who have already earned their graduate degrees, but remain intellectually and academically curious. Our new intake will take place in February 2019. With no exams and no group work, this programme challenges individuals that want to create massive impact in their industry, the economy and their lives through ACTION! This is not about competitive advantage, this is about leading the change and creating the rules for the new interconnected economy.
Module 1: CONSCIOUSNESS: Exploring Human Behaviour

Discover new insights into self and others using theories and tools of various disciplines and formulate plans for improving specific human competencies.

Module 2. AWARENESS: The Human and Social Environment of Business

Analyse the behaviour of Caribbean business over the past two decades and identify barriers and facilitators of growth in order to design growth models.

Module 3: SCENARIOS

Correlate patterns and trends in markets with basic human motivations and formulate development plans based on scenarios, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to produce projections.

Module 4: STRATEGY ORCHESTRATION

Analyse organisational strategies and executive action based on an understanding of people and context. Validate the application of strategies through data and models and sketch prototypes and business models.

Module 5: VALUE DEPLOYMENT

Appraise products and brands to determine the value proposition and emotional basis on which it is created. Identify consumption patterns across generations and market segments and differentiate customers based on this.

Module 6: ALIGNMENT: From HR to Creating Humane Organisations

Interpolate the demand for competencies that would be required for future possible scenarios and design manpower plans for innovative organisations and contexts.

Module 7: FINANCING GROWTH AND MANAGING RISK

Analyse risk and formulate strategies to deal with various uncertainties in the various industries. Ultimately promote attention to numbers and the financial function in the creation of value and performance of the firm.

Module 8: EXECUTION

Devise strategies that harness the potential of IT, Infrastructure and collaborative potential to implement solutions and present methods to overcome challenges of innovation in particular sectors and business models.
