An Assessment Centre (AC) is a combination of more than one objective selection technique. It is used by organisations to assess individuals’ cognitive, behavioural and/or technical suitability for a job. Well-designed assessment centres (AC) are acknowledged to be amongst the most effective tools to measure skill and future performance.
