Ms. Frances Haynes is an attorney-at-law.  She is the holder of an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School.  Before embarking on a career as a legal practitioner, she worked as both Marketing Officer and Planning and Development Officer at the Trinidad and Tobago Solid Waste Management Company (SWMCOL).  She is the holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Management and a Masters of Science (MSc.) Degree in Marketing from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business (then the Institute of Business).  She has gained experience in and advises clients on the areas of property law, general contract law, preparation of instruments, mental health applications, civil litigation, family law and paternity applications, estate and estate planning, and conveyancing.  Ms. Haynes is currently pursuing a course in Principles of Real Estate Sales to support her other interest in becoming a real estate agent.  Ms. Haynes takes part in her church’s legal aid clinic, where she gives of herself by providing free first-time consultations to church members.
