The mission of the GSB is to build and deploy the consulting, education, research and training resources necessary to empower people and organizations to optimize their performance capability and international competitiveness. This is done through novel research and courses of study such as the DBA, EMBA, IMBA, MHRM, MMKT and PGMIS. The GSB network includes over 1200 graduates and 17000 individuals who would have accessed GSB programs through corporate training programs or public workshops and seminars.

The recently opened, beautiful GBS campus is located on Max Richards Drive, Uriah Butler Highway, North West, Mt. Hope Trinidad West Indies. There are over 100 faculty members at GSB, with staff members performing a wealth of roles. Some directly support the research of the faculty while others ensure that the students have a first-class experience. In addition to the Academic unit and Student and Alumni Services; the staff of GSB also offer services through a Library, Consulting Unit, Center for Training and Development and Conferencing & Executive Education Center.
