The primary purpose of the CTD is to deliver career enhancing type programmes that are geared towards equipping individuals with the necessary skill sets that allow them to function more effectively in the workplace and in turn add value to their respective organizations.

The techniques used to deliver these programmes include experiential exercises and relevant case studies from facilitators with industry knowledge and experience.
