The following are some guidelines on using the GSB Helpdesk.
1. Go to the helpdesk, located at http://www.gsb.tt/helpdesk |
2. Click the "Submit a support ticket" link on the page, and complete the form using the guidelines below: |
3. After the form is filled, scroll down and complete the verification stage. |
4. A success page will load, confirming that your ticket was submitted, and an email will be sent to the currently accessible email address provided. |
5. The GSB Information Technology department will respond to your submitted ticket within one (1) working day. |
