The following are some guidelines on using the GSB Helpdesk.

1. Go to the helpdesk, located at http://www.gsb.tt/helpdesk

2. Click the "Submit a support ticket" link on the page, and complete the form using the guidelines below:

3. After the form is filled, scroll down and complete the verification stage.

4. A success page will load, confirming that your ticket was submitted, and an email will be sent to the currently accessible email address provided.

5. The GSB Information Technology department will respond to your submitted ticket within one (1) working day.
