Before you submit a ticket...
Please check out the following FAQ's to find possible answers to common queries:

My password is not being accepted on Lok Jack eLearning. Can you reset it?

If you are having problems to access Lok Jack eLearning, have you remembered to change your initial default password of 12345? Please click here to change this password. Remember, you MUST change the initial password to access ANY IT Services. If you have changed your password and you still cannot access eLearning, please submit a support ticket.

If you have just registered with the Lok Jack GSB, it may take a few days for your accounts to become active. You should be notified by your course co-ordinator when your credentials are availalble.


I cannot access Banner to check my grades. Can you reset my password?

For a reset of your Banner password, you will need to contact the University of the West Indies directly. We are unable to perform Banner password resets at the Lok Jack GSB.


I receive Certificate errors when trying to access the Change Password Manager web page. Is it OK to continue?

It is safe to continue to the website to change your password. Simply accept the certificate error by creating an exception in Firefox, or click "Continue to this website" in Internet Explorer. The certificates are not verified properly by your computer, but they help in making sure that any information you send to us remain encrypted and secure.


I cannot access the Change Password Manager page. Is something wrong with it?

The Change Passwrord Manager runs on a non-standard port. If you are trying to access it from behind a corporate network, chances are you may be blocked by your company. You may need to contact your company's IT Department and have them allow TCP traffic out on port 8443 on their firewall.


Can you tell me what my student ID number and email address are?

Please contact your Lok Jack GSB Course Co-ordinator for your specific login credentials for both eLearning and Student email. If you have just registered with the Lok Jack GSB, it may take a few days for your accounts to become active. You should be notified by your course co-ordinator when your credentials are availalble.



If you are experiencing any problems and require the assistance of the Lok Jack GSB Information Technology Department, please submit a support ticket below and someone will attend to your request as soon as possible.

You do not require a username and password to access the support system.

You will be assigned a ticket number, and providing a valid email address is used, a copy will also be sent to that email address.

If you know your ticket number, your request can be tracked using the link below. Enter the ticket number that was assigned to you then click the View Ticket button.

Usually, the information is sent to the email address that you submitted in your initial ticket request.
