Keston Nancoo, Vice President – Human Resource Services at Guardian Holdings Limited has thirty years of experience within the manufacturing sector both locally and regionally, in such areas as Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Marketing and Communications. Keston has been teaching at the tertiary level for over three years in such programs as, Services Marketing and Product Planning and Distribution. He served for some ten years as the Branch Secretary of NUGFW, and has been a member of the Employer’s Consultative Association Board for four (4) years. Mr. Nancoo was recently appointed, Vice Chairman of the ECA.
Keston is the holder of a B.Sc (cum laude) in Business Administration and an MBA in Marketing from Andrews University in Michigan, USA and has also completed additional training at the following institutions:
