An organisational psychologist who has acquired varied work experience in tertiary education, banking, organisational and business development and project management. Since 2005, an MBA practicum advisor and part-time lecturer at the UWI A. Lok-Jack Graduate School of Business where his subject areas include Human Resource Development, Strategic HRM and Promoting Organisational Wellness.
He has lectured in both graduate and undergraduate programs at tertiary level institutions in T&T, St Lucia and the USA; including the University of the West Indies, American International Medical University, Cipriani College, National Institute of Higher Education, School of Business and Computer Science and Howard University. His teaching has included the disciplines of Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Development.
His Organisational Development interventions have included state, manufacturing, security, co-operative, legal, and financial institutions. He has facilitated behavioural change interventions at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), UWI (St Augustine), NIPDEC and the University of Southern Caribbean; the latter, as part of their transformation from the Caribbean Union College. He has conducted organisational analyses to improve system and process efficacy in the private and co-operative sectors and facilitated workshops in Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal and Group Communication, Team building, Leadership and Supervisory Skills. In the USA, he has been involved in conducting change interventions for non-profit and faith-based organisations struggling with the complexity of fostering positive and progressive behaviours in a dynamic and challenging environment.
His voluntary involvement includes being a founding member and past-president of the T. & T. Association of Psychologists (TTAP), Education Officer of the Human Resource Management Association of T&T (HRMATT), executive member of Eastern Credit Union Co-operative Society and vision team member and counselor at Marian House, a home for displaced youth.
Currently the Director of Organisational Development of CaribCare limited, an Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) promoting organisational wellness in the Caribbean.
His work experiences include:
- Head of the HRM faculty at Cipriani College of Labour and Co-operative Studies where he developed their BA in Human Resource Management
- Assistant Director of the Secretariat for the Implementation of Spanish, a unit of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, where he was responsible for administrative and project management

His doctorate is in Organisational Communication and Social Psychology from Howard University (DC). He earned his MA in Organisational Psychology from Brooklyn College (NYC) and an Economics and Government (BA honours) degree from UWI (St Augustine), where he also obtained the Diploma in Management Studies. He is certified at level A competency for Occupational Testing with the British Psychology Society.
His specialty is facilitating healthy organisational systems through personal and group wellness and the management of change using culturally appropriate methodologies.
