This workshop will allow participants to quickly learn effective negotiation and influencing skills. Negotiation skills help us to be better prepared to apply effective negotiation skills and strategies in order to achieve desired outcomes.
We have all been involved in situations that required us to negotiate whether at home or at work. Many people feel uncomfortable in such situations because it involves some degree of conflict. It is important to understand that negotiation is simply a process. This workshop will equip you with the tools and techniques required to become more confident and skillful in negotiating better outcomes.
The training methodology for these work sessions will comprise a comprehensive set of techniques that emphasise participation and interactive learning in an adult learning environment.
