Overview

A key strategy for successful organisations is the development of leadership at all levels of the organisation. In today's fast-paced business environment, managers and supervisors are required to think and act strategically to improve levels of output and deliver exceptional value for their organisations. If organisations are to survive and thrive, the ability to craft strategies and inspire employees to act should no longer be considered the province of a select group of employees.

Facilitator: Curt Wellington

Curt Wellington is a Resident Consultant at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, The University of the West Indies. He holds s a Certificate in Psychology from the UWI School of Continuing Studies, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the UWI/Institute of Business and an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration also from the UWI/Institute of Business. Currently, he is a Research Associate with the Henley Management College through which he is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.

His areas of specialisation are Leadership and Strategy; Strategic Human Resources Management; and Training & Development.

Certification

Certificates will only be issued to participants who have attained a minimum attendance rate of 75% for the duration of the course.

Course Cancellation/ Reschedule Policy

Arthur Lok Jack GSB (ALJGSB) reserves the right to cancel training at any time. If ALJGSB cancels the training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ALJGSB, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, or your course fee can be credited toward a future training, based upon availability (providing payments have been made before original advertised date).

ALJGSB reserves the right to reschedule training at any time. If ALJGSB reschedules training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ALJGSB, the training will take place at the next available time. Participants will be informed via phone and/or e-mails.
