Lok Jack GSB Becomes Examination Centre Students of the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business are now writing their examinations at the business school, following approval by The University of the West Indies. Exams were previously held offsite, in surroundings that were unfamiliar to many students, and with parking and location hassles. During the period April 3 to April 28, 2006, students on all of the Lok Jack GSB's programmes (Executive & International MBA, Master in Marketing, Master in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Diploma in MIS) wrote their finals in modern and comfortable surroundings, which are in keeping with the executive experience provided at the GSB. The Lok Jack GSB is perfectly positioned geographically at the top of the Uriah Butler Highway , giving easy access from any direction and reducing the amount of time spent getting to campus. The GSB's secure carparking facilities are located close to examination centres and hold in excess of 214 vehicles. Campus opening hours were extended to 2.00am nightly to facilitate exam preparations. |

They began the day with a specially prepared kids breakfast, before learning to make fine craft items. With all the hard work that went into making easter baskets and cards, it wasn't long before they were ready to eat again. After lunch, the kids kicked back in the GSB's plush auditorium to catch the animated feature, Madagascar in theatre styled comfort. A treasure hunt, kite flying, character balloons and other activities followed, with GSB staff doting on the adorable creatures. “Are we coming back tomorrow?” was the question on their lips as the kids bade the GSB a reluctant goodbye.
