Impact
This 3-day Executive Education Programme is aimed at preparing today’s Engineering and IT decision makers for the challenges they will face as they reach the senior management level in their organizations. Participants will gain a better understanding of their role as a Leader, the business-critical driver who today must deal with the triad of information, business process and systems.
They will also learn how to cope with the politics of being a member of the senior executive team, to act with agility in decision making, to mitigate risk factors, to analyze key metrics for the return on investment and to best manage relationships with internal and external customers.
Experience
Participants will learn the “HOW TO” inspired by academic faculty, leading industry experts and interaction among participants. A mixed-mode methodology of case studies, simulations and other exercises will be incorporated to ensure that we enhance the learning experience of participants.
