Graduate Programmes Information - MSc International Finance
The programme is aimed at individuals with base knowledge in finance, engineering, mathematics or computer science who now wish to advance their careers by deepening their knowledge in Finance. This programme is particularly relevant to those who wish to fast track their careers in Finance and position themselves to function effectively in strategic positions in the financial sector.
Events of the last 18 months have clearly illustrated that the world is inextricably linked in terms of international trade and finance. To this extent the development and sustainability of economies is dependant of the understanding of the interplay and interaction of the forces that guides the movement of money and commodities across the globe. Further, as Trinidad and Tobago strives to establish an International Financial Center (IFC), it is important that our human resource capacity is capable of interacting and performing in the international cut and trust of the global financial market. This is moreover important within the present era of free trade, fuelled by Economic Partnership Agreement and economic turbulence.
