The Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business unveiled a new image and logo at the Hyatt Regency Port-of-Spain on Wednesday 24th February 2010. Launched as part of a campaign to promote the school, the new image includes a new logo and motto capturing the essence of what the Lok Jack GSB is all about.

The logo, shaped by the letters ALJ, symbolises a pathway to a future filled with opportunity for the graduates of the School, and is crowned by a golden arch of enlightenment. The motto, “Innovatus Ars Ducendi” essentially means “Innovating the Art of Leadership” a concept that is a core part of the Lok Jack GSB’s vision and mission for the future of business education in Trinidad and Tobago.
The School stated that it offers unique opportunities for networking, a world class faculty, global knowledge with a local touch, innovation and leadership and a great learning experience that will be an essential driver for change in the lives of individuals and organisations.
Angel Alvarado, Strategic Marketing Director at the Lok Jack GSB stated at the launch that the ‘Leaders Wanted and Are you up to the Challenge’ campaign is an invitation to all individuals that want to be part of reshaping the future of Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean.”

Its new programme, the MSc International Finance was also introduced at the unveiling, aimed at individuals already involved in areas of Finance. Ram Ramesh, Programme Director of the M. Sc. International Finance, said that, “the need for the programme came out of what came in the last 18-24 months with the global financial collapse” noting that “what stuck was how the Central Bank and World Leaders struggled to get their hands around the crisis.”
All were invited to attend the Free Finance Forum entitled “Global Financial Meltdown - Market Correction or Human Greed?” on Thursday 25th, February at 6pm at the Lok Jack GSB.
