  • Lok Jack GSB Students named 2016 Tertiary Level Debate Champs

    On April 7th 2016, our students secured the title of 2016 Tertiary Level Debates Competition champions at the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies hosted by the Integrity Commission. They debated against CTS College of Business and Computer Science Ltd in a final round that was praised by Adjudicators and spectators alike for its solid arguments and incisive wit. 

  • DLIC 2016 teaches participants how to roar out of Recession

    “Mechanisms should be implemented to make and sustain hard tradeoffs: THIS is a key factor to increase a country's capacity for agility and absorption” noted Professor Donald Sull. He delivered the feature address at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business flagship event - the Distinguished Leadership and Innovation Conference (DLIC) which was held at the Hyatt Regency, Trinidad on April 11th 2016. In addition to Professor Sull, the programme at DLIC 2016 included a key note address from the Former President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon and two panel discussions with some of the top regional business leaders.  

  • Professional Certificate in Social Media Strategy, the importance of business innovation

    The International Centre for Social Media Studies and the Executive Education Unit at Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business launched the Professional Certificate in Social Media Strategy, on 18 March 2016. The group of 16 students who started will develop the necessary skills to maximize the use of social networks.

  • On January 30, 2016 students enrolled in the MBA in International Trade, Logistics and Procurement programme at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business paid a visit to the Inter-Isle Construction & Fabrication Shipyard, located at Chaguaramas Bay, North-Western Trinidad and Tobago and Maritime Preservation (Trinidad) Shipyard, located at the Port of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
